This is a virtual live class to help you with Positioning Your Product or Service to Meet Their Needs. This class aims to help you identify your audience and better understand your customers. By doing so, you can tailor your product or service to effectively cater to their needs.
This class will count for three business development hours for SSOP owners!

What materials do you I need for this class?
This will be an activity-based class, please make sure you have room to get up and move about.
You will need the following:
Course workbook
A new stack of sticky notepads
Large poster paper (18 x 24 or larger)
Set of Markers
1 pen or pencil
Optional: Medium poster board (16 x 20 or larger)
Will there be a playback sent out after the class?
Yes, However the playback will only be available for 14 days after it is sent out.
How will I get my certificate of completion?
At the end of the live class, you will be given a homework activity. Once that activity is completed and turned in to your instructor you will have your certificate of completion emailed to you.
